Vexel Portraits 2

Yes, i do feel like my vexel portrait was successful, because even though it was difficult at first to pick out just where the curves should trace around what shapes, eventually I got the hang of it and my eyes "adjusted" so it was easier for me to see the shadows and highlights that made the whole thing look more realistic. The hardest part was definitely the mechanics of tracing the shapes and following the curves. I couldn't follow each and every thing, so it was hard to determine what parts I could leave out or cut short. The second hardest part was just keeping the layers straight! Ha! If i could vexel-ize anything else, it would probably be one of my own graphics that I've created, because I have a tendency to go overboard on the details, and doing this would make it interesting without making it look cluttered.
